Refund Policy
Avant Garde Media takes customer services and quality very seriously. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the level of work, communication and development on your project you may request a refund within 90 days prior to delivery of final work files.
If no acceptable resolution can be made in an effort to keep your business, a full refund of 100% of any paid fees will be given, minus any expenses or out of pocket costs associated with your project or incurred while providing service to you.
All work is quoted on a flat – per project basis, meaning we do not charge an hourly fee for services rendered. However, in the event of a refund, all time spent on your project will incur a $30.00 per hour charge and deducted from the total refundable amount to you.
By entering into an agreement, or working relationship with Avant Garde Media, you agree to the policies as outlined above and acknowledge these policies may change at any time – with or without notice.
